why do I feel tired easily during the day?

I feel tired very easily during the day, especially when I see the white light coming from outside through the curtain. I feel very enegetics at night time, so I usually do my homework or read a book at night. I want to change my habit, but I really can't concentrate during the day. I always have at least 7 hrs of sleep per day. I am pretty sure I have enough sleep. What should I do?

um...i don't really think there is a diagnosis for what you have....but if you are constantly feeling tired maybe your anemic...or even changing eating patterns can lead to this......are u drinking more coffee through out the day so that by night you are pumped up with caffeine?

Your problem is not a very serious one. What you can do is to try to go to sleep a bit early as from now on. In that way you will be able to get up early very easily in the morning. You will then have plenty of time to do whatever you have to do. You will then be able to better concentrate during the day. In the beginning this might be a bit difficult for you as you have the habit of reading and doing your homework at night. But later on you will get used to going to sleep early and then am sure you won't get any difficulty to concentrate during the day. I hope this works out for you.

hmm your problem seems to be unusual huh!! maybe the best way for you to do right now is to consult a doctor/physician for a check-up, who knows you have an illness that you didn't even noticed off. it is a good habit to read a book at the night time because it is the perfect time to relax your self and also maybe it is good to do your homework because you can refresh your mind on what you have learned for the day..
if your problem is still going on and you dont want to go to a doctor, my advice to you is that everytime you wake in the morning. try to have some excercise to start your day right and take some of vitamins and anti-stress medicine.. maybe it will help you alot..
You are (probably) lacking in sleep. Make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep at night. Here is a tip: Since you do your homework at night do half of the homework at night before you go to bed and do the rest of the homework in the morning before school. If you do so, you do less homework at night so you (probably) get more sleep at night and you won't be tired during the day (and you enough energy to do your half of home work in the morning)!!
