is there any relationship between high blood pressure and high haemoglobin?

Question:

Answers:
there is no direct relationship with the two, however is does not mean that both cannot be elevated, high blood pressure is caused by many different things , and something the cause high blood pressure may sometimes also be equated to having cause a higher hemo count. but the two are not directly proportionate

Other Answers:
If your hgb and hct are high then that would make your blood thicker so theoretically yes it could make your blood pressure high because it would take the heart more force to push out thick blood

No. Hi B.P. = blood flows against resistance in the blood vessels,so heart has to exert more.whereas high haemoglobin = blood cells have sufficient amount of haem(red content)+globin(protein content) . Normal range is 14-18gms. depends. Entirely two different things have no co-relations whats-over. Go cheer up .
