Atomizing perhaps for you, an mean to convert the fluid in spray in order to drink it?
alcohol will be ehtilic alcohol, no matter if it comes in a lotion, or atomizer or parfume etc.
The final effect on your liver will not depend on how you ingested id, but how much volume ofit hofrequent and for how long.
The molecule of alcohol does not change (unless you burn it before taking it ,leaving you with CO2 and water)
