maybe ur anemic or depressed? perhaps not sleeping enough

Maybe you are suffering from depression. I would get in touch with a doctor and explain your symptoms so you can get checked out. There are a lot of things that could tie in with your symptoms (like anemia, hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue) that could be taken care of by medicine. Good luck, and I hope you're feeling better soon! Try vitamins eating right and maybe inivite some friends over.

you may be anemic, try taking iron supplements, maybe you need to improve your diet, you may also be depressed. maybe you should try exercising, it does wonders.

you might be anemic..you need more iron in your diet. vitamins too!

I am 34 years old and have had the same problem for about 10 years now. I just recently had a sleep study done and will get the results Friday. It could be low iron (anemia), sleep apnea or chronic fatigue syndrome.

Check with a doctor. You may need to be tested.

The iron in your blood has turned to lead in your a**. how are you kidneys doing ? they can casue you to feel drained all the time.drink water and alternate with cranberry juice to cleanse them.
Watch your diet too,as a high carb one can cause the sugar levels to spike then drop..try to give up all sugar & artifical sweetners (which are very dangerous as they were onlt intended for diabetics, not the genral public..do a search online for "aspertamine."..to see how many different names it has & read the food/drink labels of things you eat or drink)

Poor diet, lack of sleep and proper exercise is a start.
