yours body goes through hormonal cycles every 7 years, and changes your metabolic rate, i think its just that time, now worries if u dont have a fever oh. also could be stress related, anxiety causes stomach cramps too
TAKE SOME METAMUCYLL -you have to move your bowels .
if the stomach juice dose not combine with food it becomes very acidic and hurts the stomach wall, after a few days u wont be able to eat complicated food products especially fast food, so for this pain to be relieved, eat only boiled vegetables with no beef of any kind, then start to add few things to your meal like boiled rice then meats.
