I am not sure where you are, but you can call a hospital, health department, or even a nursing home for help. I don't know if there are actual schools for that in your area.
I got my training in Ohio directly through a nursing home that I was working at. I worked my 8 hour shift and 2 hours of that each day 5 days a week for 3 weeks were my classes and the state testing even took place right there at my job, too. Best of all.. I didn't even have to pay for any of it.

Call around you may get lucky.
