Always've cold sore in my mouth, how to solve it?

cold sores in the mouth are a form of herpes, herpes simplex two actually. Stress and anxiety make this problem worse and so do certain foods. There is no cure but there may be things you can avoid to make them come along less frequently.

Colgate Peroxyl. Works wonders! try novitra, zilactin-L, or hydrogen peroxide.


herpes,,i believe..could be mono too,,have it checked out .ditch any lip gloss..lipstick..chapstick that you have been using while you have the sores..these are contaminated now.don't buy new until the sores are gone.
