could an emotional problem affects my heath?

Question:

Answers:
It's true that that can go both ways, physical problems can affect our mental condition, and mental problems can affect us physically. Our bodies and minds have a connection.

Too much stress can affect us physically, constant adrenalin takes a toll, tension affects us,, our immune systems are affected, our hearts are affected,, things get exhausted.

Also physical problems can cause mental problems. People who struggle with handicaps sometimes fall into depressions from the frustrations of their limitations. People who have had serious flu or other acute things stress their bodies in healing, which can exhaust us and we can get cranky.

We also are affected by good things. there is a saying in the Bible, "A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones." One of the 'treatments' for cancer is to think positive and get some good endorphins going. We get endorphins from laughing and playing as well as from drugs.

DUH..........Yeah!
i have heard it can
very much so,,even the smallest problem can keep you up at night, leading to tiredness, causing your appetite to diminish greatly leading to lack of energy and with this can come depression,,it is always best to get these things out in the open and seek help before any symptoms get severe.
While the answer is yes, your health could also be causing the emotional problem.

When I was at my worst, with an undiagnosed blood sugar imbalance (hypoglycemia), one of the many symptoms was an inability to focus, concentrate and make decisions on topics that I used to be able to easily make decisions on. Once I was diagnosed and under treatment by eating correctly, decision-making was a bit easier.

As health and emotional problems can swing both ways, you may want to check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org and see how you check out.
Yes, everything is connected
Without a doubt. Stress is a main factor that affects health. Try to stay calm and cool. I'm not saying be coldhearted in situations. Keep your head and take it step by step. The choice is yours.
Absolutely! Emotional stress can cause heart disease, cancer and premature aging.
absolutely. When people are depressed, they can either lose their appetite or lose control. Their physical health is affected either way.
