How many HOURS do you SLEEP a day?

what is your MINIMUM??

Answers:
6 hrs is normal. 5 minimum. 7-8 max

I sleep 4 hours a day.. some times 5 if I'm lucky I just can't get comfortable..ever

minimum that i know i can do is 5 hrs. most of the time sleep 8 when very active a working out.only need 4 or 5 max.

when i'm not training, like to get 7 or 8


4 to 5 hours usually. But I would rather do 6 hours on sundays!! Lately i've only been getting 4-5 hours. Online too much. LOL


summer/weekends: from 2am til 1pm = 11 hours
school days: 12am til 6:30am = 6 hours 30mins
