wash your hair more and get all of the bleach out...the smell should not even be there after you wash with shampoo and then wash out your eyes with water.

I would just put a cold rag on my eyes, and maybe make sure my skin isn't falling off in chunks.

wash it with lots of warm water, use contact lenses solution (if u have) to helps moisture ur eyes , if u dont have, use wet towel to compress ur eyes (eyelid shut please) and go to doctor immediately!
