Tired, but don't want to sleep. Sometimes can't sleep. Is there something wrong with me?

You may be worried or anxious or depressed. Alternately you may be overstimulated at bedtime. Try these simple steps.
1. Have a calm down routine before bedtime (avoid high intensity exercise, reading stressful news, or watching TV or listening to fast paced music.
2. Drink a warm glass of milk (avoid alcohol or stimulants at least 2 hrs before)
3. Have a warm bath.
It would not hurt to see your doctor and check your blood chemistry and blood pressure.
i have the same problem as you do. i get so mad i cant sleep.
