Precious puberty- puberty by children under age of 7, please help.?

Question: Does anyone know if this is treatable and what is the theraphy? How succesful is it? Do children have any side efects or disturbance later in life and growth.

My little brother has precocious puberty. He has to take a Leupron shot every month to stop his puberty. Every chikd diagnosed with this disease will probably reach adult height if treated correctly
