Umm I am sure you are kidding because if that happend to me I would have called 911 immiedetly, as soon as i could regain control of the hands. Either you have Rabies, Tetnus, or a seizure. Either one is just as good as the other though.
Other Answers:
seizure.go to ur doctor
heat stroke or seizures
it could be a number of things.allergic reaction, overload of a medication, or seizures.either way you need to go to a doctor and get checked out
It may be a seizure of some kind. Definitely see a doctor! My wife has them but hasn't for years now thanks to her medicines.
One of the above, or a panic attack. Had the latter happen to me.
In any case, see your doctor to ensure it's not something more serious.
seizures..make an appointment with your dr asap and call 911 if it happens again.
all the above and hyperventilation breathing too fast.
tell your doc
It is definitely seizures. There's a long list of things that can cause it but to be sure, have yourself checked by a doctor. ASAP. :)
weird, my bf's mom had that happen to her while she was at work and she was terrified, the dr's did a series of tests on her b/c they feared she had a nervous system disorder like MS, but in the end it turned out to be stress.. so wierd because she had gone through worse things then stress at her job but that's what the doc told her
Signs and symptoms of nervous system disorders:
The following are the most common general signs and symptoms of a nervous system disorder. However, each individual may experience symptoms differently. Symptoms may include:
persistent or sudden onset of a headache
a headache that changes or is different
loss of feeling or tingling
weakness or loss of muscle strength
sudden loss of sight
memory loss
impaired mental ability
lack of coordination
muscle rigidity
tremors and seizures
back pain which radiates to the feet, toes, or other parts of the body
The symptoms of a nervous system disorder may resemble other medical conditions or problems. Always consult your physician for a diagnosis.
Sounds like you had a bad reaction - possible to the sun. See your dr ASAP
seizure is the most likely answer, the best thing to do is have blood work done to detect any foreign bodies or improper levels such as potassium, phosphorus, sodium, etc.
You need to flush your system with Gatorade, or Pedialite or something which will drastically and quickly resore your potassium levels to a normal level. It is a real serious possiblity you have or are suffering a heat stroke / sun stroke from too rapid dehydration (loss of natural rehydrading body fluids). These symptoms sometimes present themselves as siezures or mini-siezures with total fatigue and muscle spasms which can affect the arms, legs, and/or cause the jaws to constrict and the fingers to draw upward rather than clinched, and sometimes you run a temperature. Then the next step you need to take is to have someone take you to the Emergency Room or nearest Urgent Care facility for an exam and treatment to PREVENT a stroke and further complications, or contact your physician's answering service for him/her to contact you for further instruction. It may be necessary for you to be administered Interveinous (IV) fluids to restore your fluid balance, and the essential mineral potassium and electrolytes directly into your system rather than through the digestive system. Sometimes, this can be done in the ER without being admitted. This is why people who work or stay outside in the heat for extended periods of time take salt tablets. Salt causes your body to retain fluids, and causes you to thirst so you will take in additional fluids. Have yourself checked to be safe! You only get ONE chance at life! Good luck, and God bless you.
First of all, I would suggest seeking medical care. Frequently when people stay out in the sun for long periods of time, they become dehydrated and lose a lot of electrolytes. This is especially common among people who drink primarily water. As water contains no electrolytes, it does not replace them. It sounds serious enough to seek medical treatment, but in the mean time I would drink sports drinks if you have them or a can of soda or some juice, and then a cup or two of broth. If electrolytes are your problem, this will help somewhat, but you really really really should consider seeking medical treatment.
