Why would you want to do that to a baby? That's just stupid!
Nothing?
For some babies that will not drink from a bottle, putting vanilla extract or banana flavoring on the area near the nipple can make the baby more interested in drinking. I have not heard of putting the extract in the bottle, though. I would be concerned with real vanilla extract in a bottle because it usually contains alcohol which could be very bad for a small child.
Don't do it. There is no reason to do it.
A couple of drops would give the milk a vanilla flavor. If the kid likes it, go for it.
vanilla extract contains alcohol.. maybe you'll raise a little alcoholic? my mom says she knew someone who did it and it gave it a vanilla flavor, but just a tiny amount. i don't think your baby will care what its drinking lol
