i'll name some of them

-ulcers
-diarrhea
-heartburn
-celiac disease (autoimmune disease that causes damage to the surface of the small intestine)
-constipation
-irritable bowel syndrome (abdominal pain/cramping,changes in bowel pattern-excessive diarrhea or constipation)
-diverticulitis ( pouches in the small intestine that become irritated)
-cirrhosis (scar tissue replacing healthy tissue in liver causing restricted blood flow and eventually causing liver failure)
