i dont smoke but i have had several co-workers try a pill or something called gold seal or golden seal. i think it is available at stores like GNC. If that doesnt work u can always use someone elses urine. put it in a condom and tape it to ur leg, it will keep body temp that way.a friend did this and it worked.
