Do u find urself having to rock back and forth to assist with ur bowel movements?

Question:
I seem to have a hard time just letting it happen. I always have to move around to get it to fall. And then sometimes it gets stuck regardless of how I move. Does anyone else have this issue?

Answers:
It is easier to go if you squat. Try putting something under your feet so you are in a squat.

It is unlikely that you HAVE to do that. You have probably just faked yourself out. You could unlearn that habit, if you wish to.

Other Answers:
You should drink more water and eat more fiber.

Try having raisin bran for breakfast every morning. Be sure to drink more water during the day.

Done that! not all the time.. but have caught myself. working it back and forth. just don't know why. it's like all that stuff is needing some "motion" to load the ocean.. use a gentle laxative
