I woke up with 6 deep scratches on my back when I was 10. Now they look like stretch marks. What are they?

When I woke up the scratches had been scabbed over. There was very little blood on my bed and no blood or skin in my fingernails. My family was perplexed. I have always suspected aliens, but people laugh when I say that. Now the marks can only be seen when I bend a certain way.kind of like stretch marks/scars. What could they be? Any similar stories?

Answers:
Sounds like you may have gotten snagged on soemthing in your sleep. If you slept with a toy or had other objects on our near you bed it is very possible for that to have scrached you. You may have had snaps or buttons on your shirt and it is very very possible that you just scratched yourself. Since it doesn't sound like it was very deep you probably wouldn't have had any skin under your nails. As for the marks still showing---some of us are just more prone to scaring and that's really all it is, a scar.
