if you go to http://www.webmd.com you can find all kinds of answers .. and if the tonsils grow back . then it is either possible they didn't remove them all the way OR your body regenerates quickly (this is mostly in reptiles though lol)
But in other words NO they do not grow back. In only 1 case out of 100,000 adenotonsillectomy (aka having tonsils removed) has it shown that they grow back.

why would you want them back anyway they are completly useless
well no because they can't be grown bak but if they are its nothing big. its rare
when you have your tonsils removed they don't cut them off completely the leave some and in your case they may have be *** inflamed go and see your doctor just in case
