I've been kicking the soccer ball around and my heal is sore. Should i be concerned?


Question:
The back of my heal feels sore a day after i play soccer. I haven't played in years but i dont know what to do about the pain. Should i ice it or let it take its course? i'm afraid i might do more damage if i dont take care of it. Any suggestions?

i suggest that u soak ure feet in water..just add a pinch of salt to it.it'll absorb the pain

If you don't regularly engage in activity like this than no, it is just from use. If you regularly participate in foot sport and this doesn't happen then you should be concerned.

When referring to the foot, the proper spelling is heel. you should prolly go to the emergency room
