Sure it does, but if you want to try something better like Bayer, or maybe Advil.
It should help. I've been using Aleve and its good. Tylenol which has the drug paracetamol is more of a fever reducer than pain reliever.
Motrin which is ibuprofen is more anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.
(Never take them on empty stomach..have food before taking them) This is a dangerous sign because you might have some intestines poking between the lines of the flat tummy muscle. Lie flat and carefully feel for a bulge. It can be gently pushed back in.
