Is is possible for a 13 year old to get CTS? (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)?

Question: I've been on the computer too much lately, and my hand's been numb for 3 days. My previous questions were answered with "You might have CTS". So I was wondering if it was possible for a 13 year old to get it? and If I do, could I use a paper towel tied with duct tape as wrist brace?
