Can you really drink your own urine 3 times with no ill effects??

Question:
I heard that after the 3rd time your urine becomes poisonous....is this true??

Answers:
well. if that's all you drank, it might be possible. maybe you should drink other people's urine for variety. let us know if it works for ya.

Other Answers:
I don't know if there are ill effects from drinking your own urine but the 3 times bit would have nothing to do with it. It is either poisonous or not.
Uhh, I'm not gonna even venture to guess why you asked this one.

Anyway, urine is sterile once it exits you - mostly it contains all those nice contaminants you don't want your body to have; especially uric acid.

Might be injurious, but it sounds like a silly myth. Be damned if I'm going to encourage testing about the matter.
I worked with a fruitcake who would insist to people asking about vitamins that you should just drink your urine, it had everything you needed in it for minerals and B-vitamins. He said the best stuff was the urine from first thing in the morning....yeah we lost a lot of customers when he worked at the store.
Of course I think he meant in addition to other fluids like water.
I'm not tempted to find out.....but I think it would start to build up too many waste products in it and start getting lethal if that was the only fluid you were getting in.
I have no idea, but
my chiropractor has a weight lifter friend
who measures his urine. and will only drink that amout in a day.
no extra fluid.
wierd isn't it
You can drink it if you filter it, in the deserts especially the Sahara, the bedowin tribes use a method to filter it, granted it should only be done in life or death situations...ew
