what does it mean when women say, "I'll feel guilty if I eat that"?

Question: i'm always hearing women saying they feel guilty after eating chocolate, cakes or candy. just wondering what does it mean? i eat many of these things and i feel fine. maybe if i didn't share with anyone else, i might feel guilty, but from eating?, no not me.

it's because they think they're fat.. and if they cheat on eating sweets or their diets..it makes them feel guilty and bad about themselves

Well, alot of women feel that way because they know that they are going to gain weight from it. Alot of the time, these women don't do regular physical activities and feel guilty if they eat chocolate or something like that. I kind of feel that way sometimes.

Um, well good for you. Some people try to stick to certain lifestyles. I would feel fine if I had a slice of cake, but I'd feel pretty guilty if I ate the whole cake.LOL Some people get it in their head that they cant eat anything, when most things are ok .All in moderation.

It sort of justifies the fact that they are eating something that they know on some level isn't going to help them keep the figure that they want! And most women are on a continuous feeling that they HAVE to diet, and DON'T want to! Hope this helps!!
