I hardly sleep abt 3-4 hrs a day(Thanks to my friends who dont let me sleep!!)

definitly. my boyfriend is 13 and he barely goes to sleep. if he does, it's around 2 or 3 in the morning and he'll get up around 7 or 8. plus, he doesn't eat.when i'm around. anyways, he does not get enough sleep and because of it, he gets sick ALL THE TIME. so yeah.don't skip sleep. trust me, i was instant messaging him (my bf) the other night until almost 2am and then i finally went to bed. i woke up around 10.but i was miserably sick the rest of the day. then, i went to bed early that night & slept in the next morning.i felt 100%. so get that sleep!
