Well it's maybe because your a very ticklish person. If it seems it's making it hurt more stop wearing it. Or keep it on for a while and if it still hurts take it off
NO! Take it off, if your making a homemade one, out of ducktape or not, your not doing yourself anygood. believe me i've done it too. just go down the like the dollar g or somewhere and i buy a brace or an ace wrap, priceing fomr $1 to $5, it will save you pain and money in the long run!
