feeling all heated up suddently?

Question:

im a sports person so im used to heat and perspiration under the sun. but right now this heat i feel is not cause of the weather but from inside me my whole body feel so hot and i wish to go dip in a pool. that is how i feel the heat and im not sweating. does any body experience this before and knows what this is?

hmm... maybe you should see a doctor. Did you take any food or medicine that causes this happened?

Have you consumed anything 'heaty' or products known to increase metabolism?

I don't think I should even mention andropause/menopause heat flashes...right?
