both of my kids were switched to whole milk @ 9 months ..you do it when you feel they are ready ..just watch his/her diet when you do it , if they seem to get constipated after wards then you need to water it down some and help them w/ medicine or whatever way you can to use the bathroom until their systems are use to it

No. Humans shouldn't drink cow's milk, period. Cow's milk is for calves. Milk can make you sick and possibly kill you, or at least shorten your life. It is definitely not good for humans.
