Why isn't Adderall working for me?

Question:

I am a 26yo male. I've read great stories about Adderall helping to enhance work performance, assist with weight loss, and produce general euphoria or "high." I got a Rx from my MD (after I faked some ADD symptoms) and she prescribed 20mg 2x/day. I felt nothing. I've increased it to 30mg 2x/day and I still feel no difference! No buzz, no high, no increased performance and motivation, nothing. IIt seems that I am immune! Has anyone had this experience, OR is anyone on a HIGHER DOSE? I am curious if anyone has been prescribed MORE than 30mg 2x/day.

I was taking 40mg two times a day
***trust me stop taking it ,it is not worth it
the panic attacks and headaches night sweats and most of the fast heart rate the si#* will kill you

stop taking drugs and wake up before you kill yourself
