has anyone else ripped their chest apert whjen they sneezed?

Question: because i was sittin on the toilet and reached over to grab some toilet paper. then i sneezed. it felt like someone had ripped my chest open!

my wife drove me to the hospital and what happend was my sneeze tore 3/4 of the muscles in my chest. i was bedridden for weeks. well, has this happend to anyone else?
