try crunches, sit ups, roll downs, hold ups, coxit sit ups, isolated sit ups, and dance sit ups. but not all at the same time.. that could get messy!
Or just use a jump rope for 15 minutes a day. 15 mins of skipping is = to 30 minutes running!
