YOur a teen, no, sleep is good. Getting the headaches is from sleeping TOO much. Set an alarm clock for 8 hours from the time you go to bed, and dont sleep in after that. It will only make you more tired and give you headaches. Try setting goals for yourself, take a summer class if not in school, or just get up and go exercise in the morning. Having something to do-a plan-will give you more motivation to wake up in the morning. I struggle with this too!

your a teenager, your growing..you require more hours of sleep during adolesence than you will later on in your life. When i was a teenager I would want to sleep for like 10 hrs straight but now (i'm 28) i'm lucky if i can make myself sleep for more than 6-7 hrs. idk but my sister sleeps in untile 3PM and she would sleep longer but i wake her up she goes to bed at like 2AM so idk
no this is not bad.its really good.u r growing and u need good food good sleep good life..nothing bad it.i m 22 now..when i was 18-19 in my holidays i use to sleep like for 16 hours u wont believe this.lol.and i use to work out at gym for 2 hours..it is good u sleep lot but take some time out and work out..c u soon byeeeee
