Why Do I Always Have A Hard Time.?

Question:
Why do I always have a hard time falling asleep?

Answers:
Stress, boredom, laziness during the day, lack of sex (if of age), old bed, no bed, snoring partner, fire trucks sirens, ambulance sirens, financial worries, mid-life crisis, lack of exercise, lack of walking, not drinking enough water, too hot where you live, too cold where you live, always trying to understand the universe, wondering when you close your eyes if death is like this, fear of the dark, fear of the night, drugs, prescriptions, medications, constant wondering what's new on youqa.com, saw "an inconvenient truth", counting endangered species instead of sheeps (you'll run out).

Are you thinking too much? I used to have a huge problem getting to sleep, especially when I was a teenager. Tonight I couldn't sleep because the water softener hasn't been working and I was thinking of ways to correct it. Turns out the GFI was tripped. It bothered me so much I had to get out of bed and reset it.

Try to clear your head before you lay down.
maybe your not tired
i have the same problem i think mine is due to stress.
Maybe you eat before you go to bed. Or have too much on your mind and can't clear your head. Or maybe you're just an insomniac.
your mind probably wanders. What works for me is.concentrate and try to thin k od absolutely nothing for 2 minutes. YOU CANT DO IT. One of 2 things will happen. Youll get distracted and start thinking about something, or youll get so bored youll fall asleep. It works pretty well, but its hard to get good at. Good luck
it could be cause your worried about something or someone
Try watching tv until you fall asleep. That's what I do. Otherwise I think too much.
its hard to say since we dont know what ur daily routine is
you can't wait to see if someone answered your question on yahoo.
