Question:
i dont know if this is advanced stages of restless leg syndrome or result of compulsive masturbation.
i also get really uncomfortable if i dont tense my muscles. bloody hell i wish this would go away

Answers:
Your question is too narrow. You mentioned myoclonus (a.k.a. Restless Legs Syndrome), but, are you taking diet pills to lose weight? Are you a caffeine-aholic? Are you addicted to drugs? Are you an alcoholic? See, the problem is, few if any of the yahooligans answering questions on this board are doctors. You need to make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep a written log of when the feeling of uneasiness and agitation occurs, what you are experiencing both physically and mentally will help your doctor in his assessment. Best wishes to you and I hope you feel better soon.

If it was just your legs, I'd say you described restless leg syndrome perfectly! Don't know about it spreading. Do you drink a lot of coffee in the daytime? Do you take any stimulants? An overload of caffeine might be messing with your central nervous system.
Calcium/Magnesium and a really good B complex vitamin helps considerably with restless legs syndrome.

Massage. (not that kind!) Therapeutic massage.

Your electrolytes need to be in balance and you may need to check with a doctor if you can't get it under control yourself.
sounds like restless leg syndrome

symptoms of rls:
Sleeping difficulty
Persistent leg movements during sleep hours
Irresistible urge to move the legs
Abnormal sensation in the legs (occasionally, feet, thighs, arms)
Creeping sensations or discomfort (not pain, not cramps) relieved by movement of the legs
May occur during the day
Worse when lying down
