my side hurts..??

i'm not hungry or anything. and all i did today was ride my bike around the block today (not fast or strenuous at all).
why does it hurt??

Sounds like tight muscles. Do stretching exercises before you ride your bike. Stand straight, feet apart a bit. Bring your hand up to your side, while leaning over to the other side. Do 10 times, then do the other side.
Bend over, fists clenched. Twist your body side to side to work your muscles around your abs.

Actually I had something similar last year. Are you female? It could be an ovarian cyst. If it keeps up and doesn't feel like muscular pain I would get checked out by a doctor.
