When people say a person is a "tweaker," what drug does that mean they use?

This guy at my work used to be really fat, and now he's average weight. EVERYONE compliments him on his success, but..a few people who know a little more about what's going on tell me he's a tweaker. What does that mean he uses?

He uses meth. If he has a hard time sitting or standing still, he probably uses.
