My physio has told me i have a bulge on my disc what does this mean?

Do you mean a bulging disc? If so, check out this web sites below, one shows the vertebrae and the discs, the other shows the terms and their meanings. The bulging is swelling. My husband has it too. A bulging disc can cause a lot of pain.
Somewhere along the line you have injured your spine and this is the result. A Chiropractor can take x-rays and find out exactly where it is and he can help to correct it. Many Dr.'s have said it will not help, but it does.
