There are a number of different ways to put contact lenses in so don't feel like this is the say all be all of inserting lenses. This is just the most commonly taught way of doing it, if you feel you have a better way try it a few times to see if it works. First you place the contact lens on the index finger of the hand you write with. With that same hand you take the middle finger and hold down the bottom lid by the lid margin. Now the free hand should reach over the head and hold the top lid by the lid margin. You should have created a large enough opening for the contact lens to go in with out touching anything other than the eye. Bring the finger closer towards the eye and when all the edges of the lens touch your eye then the contact will release from your finger and attach to your cornea. Release your hands and slowly close your eye, patting your eye through the lid gently. I find that patting it a little helps to get out any air that has been trapped under the lens. Repeat for the other eye.

Um if you are new to your contacts you will have problems for a few weeks. Always stand in front of a mirror. put ur face close to it and look up when ur putting it in. Thats what I did when I first got them 4 years ago. Good Luck!
Rinse them off really good with the saline and shake them off a little, then if your a righty put the left lens on your right index finger and hold your eyelids on your left eye apart. Touch the colored part of your eye with the contact lens and sort of push a little bit. Slide your finger off and then blink a couple times to get it settled. Then do the same with the other lens.

u'll always face problem if u r a using contact lenses 4 da 1st time, when i 1st used contact lense, i did put my lenses on both my eyes correctly after some several tries, so finally the it was done, i scratched my left eye, and guess what when i looked at the mirror i couldn't find 1 of the lenses, i was so worried, i thought that i might ve pulled off when i was scratching, so i pulled off the 2nd 1 and kept them on the cases, but when i was abot 2 sleep i felt pain on my left eye, and guess what agin, when i was scratching my eye the lense went 2 da back side of the retina and was cozing pain, so wha i suggest u is cleacn ur hand 1st then put the lense on the updown position on the small finger of ur, then look upward while trying 2 put the lense with ur finger on the retine, remember ur retina will try 2 move but dont let it move, when u ve stuck the lense, close ur eye and move ur retina round and round, see in the mirrror if it is on the rite position, if it is then u r done, if it isn't then gently with ur finger bring it 2 rite position(usually it automaically comes 2 rite position), rinse ur eye gently if u feel like scratching ut eyes, coz sometime dirts from our finger coz the scratching, rinsing with water makes the dirt go away, and always be4 putting ur lense clean it properly with the saline solution.
