For women only please. Does pms get worse as we near menopause?

yes, your body will be going through a lot of changes. Your hormones will be out of control because you are starting to lose estrogen.
Mine did. The mood swings were worse. I had monthly migranes and tender breasts. Almost enough to hope menopause would come on just to get relief. Now that its over I dont miss it one bit!!
In my case.. you bet!!
I've changed my eating habits, to more veggies..eat three times a day (forcing myself) and 2 snacks (afternoon and before bed).. I drink 2 cups of coffee, avoid salt as much as possible.. try to get to bed at a proper time, and wake early..
