I think i ate too much and I feel sick?

Trusty Alka Seltzer, or better yet. Mix in a shot glass the juice of 3 lemons and add a spoonful of baking soda. Drink it up. Instant relief.

antacids-rolaids, tums, pepcid complete, pepto bismol
Take something like Pepto Bismol. Dont eat like a pig again. Lay down and rest till it passes.
Don't worry. There was one time when I had not eaten properly for a couple days and then I ate ALOT. I felt sooooo sick. Go to sleep and when you wake up you should feel better. If you don't take some medicine or call your doctor for what do to.

that could be indigestion,/ dypepsia. i get that very often, though i don't overeat!! i usually take alka seltzer, or something for the dypepsia. go ask your local pharmacist. its an otc.anyway.
try some warm lemon juice too.
