Can u help me?I am getting strecth marks over my back and bums , wat should i do?

Question:
I am nt pregnant or delivered a child recently , cos I am single.

Answers:
You usually get stretch marks if you gain or lose weight quickly, so maybe alter your diet / fitness regime. If you do light exercise regularly (such as jogging) it will help your skin stay tight by boosting circulation, and minimise the appearance of stretch marks. Unfortunaely, there is not a lot you can do about the ones you already have, but I would recommend using Palmers Cocoa Butter for Stretch Marks - the picture on the front is of a pregnant woman, but it does work on all areas of the body by reducing / fading the marks.

u used to be fat if i am not wrong excess skin i would say

eat less use Bio-Oil its brill for strech marks & blemishes on ur skin get it from Boots x

rub medicated lotion on the areas

bums? plural? how many do you have?

Use Bio oil. I have delivered a baby 8 weeks ago. Not one stretchmark visible. Use it regularly. Also ensure you have a sensible diet to avoid sudden size change which will put strain on your skin elasticity. Eat oily fish too. Use "Strivectin V"
