I need to get into shape. Any suggestions?

Iam 5'4 around 125 lbs. Im a size 4 and I want to do down a dress size in order to fit into the bathing suit i bought last year (and I want to look good of course). I have been working out for about a year. I am getting toned a bit but I am not going down in size. Does anyone have any suggestions in how to see results faster. Like by 2 months? Thanks!

Strength training and muscle endurance classes are the best way to get into shape. Aerobics is good to a point but doesn't work the individual muscles and/or groups enough to burn the fat. I would suggest a body sculpting class. I saw big results within a week-and-a-half when I began taking one. Also, trying a sport specific class, like cardio kickboxing or cycling, is a good choice. You still get the cardio aspect, but your muscles are targeted to a much greater extent.

5'4 and 125 lbs is mor like size 6 or 8 Oh brother you're just right. Nothing wrong with your size. are you bragging or complaining? Just stop sitting at youqa.com and go for a workout.
When working out, use smaller weight size, but do more reps. It tones the body instead of adding bulky muscle mass.

Don't worry "round" is a shape too . Seriously I did the slim fast diet and lost about 5 lbs in a week. well, i just joined a cross country team, and i'm getting whipped (and i mean whipped) into shape. its hard, but if you want to lose that much in 2 months, you gotta be ready to work hard. try going on a low fat diet, and eat less - not a lot less, just watch your calorie intake, and exercise, that should get you thinner.
working out is good for you.. but it doesnt help you lose weight.. it actually increases your weight.. and stuff.. so try doing less weights.. and just do situps and running.. and eat less fatty foods.. and go to vegetables and fruits more.. also smaller portions helps

He also told me that you should not eat afterwards, and he said the more water you drink, the more you will not be as hungry. At your size, do you really look in the mirror and see fat? Are you blubbery-looking, or do you just want the status of a size 2 because 4 for some reason is not good enough?
