What happens if I fall asleep with my contact glasses on?

Nothing SHOULD happen. One problem might be if your eyes are dry when you first wake up and that might cause the contact to drift to the side of your eye or even pop out.

Whatever you do, keep your contacts extremely clean to prevent potential infection.

I was trialing contact lenses which you're meant to be able to sleep with. Unfortunately my eyes are too dry, and I actually got a mild eye infection, for which I needed to get an eyewash for.
