I'VE HEARD THAT CUTTING OFF ALL CAFFIENE AFTER 4PM IS GOOD TO DO, EXERCISE USUALLY HELPS YA TO SLEEP DEEPER, I WOULD JUST TAKE A TYLENOL PM OR A BENEDRYL IF I KNOW THAT I GOTTA BE IN BED BEFORE 10 THOUGH OTHERWISE I CAN'T DO IT.
