i cant sleep can any one give me advice on how to make my self sleep?

i havent been able to sleep since last thursday and im gettin so frustrated. is there any thing other than sleepin tablets that i cud take to relax me befor goin to bed

I know the perfect solution for your problem. Take a sheep to your bed (make sure its a male) and then count the number of times he rams it in you. It doesnt matter if you lose count im sure you will fall asleep thru exhaustion anyway..ZZZZZZZzzzzzzz

i have the same problem but when i tried sleep medicine it really worked any kind will work i think but make sure u can sleep for at least 8 hours This is a difficult question. Relaxation techniques, consulting a sleep disorder clinic, limited use of sedatives could all be tried. Anxiety is the most common cause, or the hypomanic phase of a bipolar disorder.


Try to go to bed at the same time every night, if you can't sleep, get up, don't stay in bed.

Some thing to try to sleep or get a more restful sleep is calcium, magnesium, and B-Complex. I've noticed that depending on the B-complex, it should be taken with a meal or snack as it can unsettle the empty stomach. Not all B-complexes are equal either, you'll have to experiment a little as to what helps the most, and to find a good quality B-complex.

Calcium is best absorbed in an acidic environment and should not be taken with or in antacids. Calcium works with magnesium to be a muscle relaxer.

Magnsium and some of your B vitamins help to regulate and stabilize your heart rhythm. Hence, taking them all together helps you to relax and get a more restful sleep.
