How can I get by on very little sleep?


I have a week to get through A LOT of study material. I don't have much time, I have some theta meditation tapes to listen to (for those of you who know what they are). I was just looking for some tips to get by with little or no sleep.

To be honest, don't give up your sleep for studying. It'll simply make it harder for you to study. A good sleep makes for a good learner. It's a proven fact.

do your work not in your bedroom(cuz it will just attracts you to lie and suddenly you'll fall asleep), do soundtripping(esp. the kind of music you hate listening) so that you'll get annoyed and never fall asleep.sometimes music helps people who do a lot of studying and paperworks.etc.
