you cant just post 'dont feel well' and expect us to jump up and answer this question with the answer you want. thats just wrong. but i agree, take a advil, (the liquid gels work great) and maybe a graval.

i don't believe you can class that as a question.....BUT- i'm sorry you're not feeling well. i advise a cup of tea, some digestives(depending on whether you feel sick or not i advise these biscuits be covered in milk chocolate!!mmmmm.........mcvit... a good video/dvd, and a hug from your loved one. hope you feel better! bye!!
