My 15 month old boy got a slight cut next to his right eye?

Question: My 15 month old boy got a slight cut next to his right eye while playing on a park slide. He has some bleeding and has got some swelling on top of his eye. What is the first aid I should use and what medicine would you suggest. I stay in Houston US

If you can use some ice on it that would be great. Likely he won't let you do that. If it has stopped bleeding, use Neosporin on the cut and put a bandaid on it when he's asleep. The next day, take him to the doctor just to be sure he's really o.k.
