Do I have a eating disorder?


Question:
I can not stand the feeling of being full. I would rather puke. My boyfriend knows this and says nothing about it. I cant help but think that he knows I am chubby so he doesnt think it is a problem. He says that some people just dont like the feeling of being full. I am not losing any weight so I am not thinking its a real threat. But it is becoming a habit to puke if I feel too full. The reason I do it is not solely to lose weight. I am not sure why I do it other than its so uncomfortable for me to feel full at all. I feel a sense of relief afterwards. Do you think I have an eating dissorder? I am being serious.

You obviously have some issues about food - perhaps you should go and seek professional help - start with your family doctor, who can assess you and refer you to the appropriate specialist. This problem could be either physical or mental, and without a full history and examination, it is impossible to tell which.
sounds like it. eat smaller meals. if you are wanting to lose weight try eating 5 or 6 really small meals a day. that way you wont feel full and therefore wont feel the need to puke
