If you are not allergic to the bee sting then what you are left is the local irritation from the sting. Remove any parts that may have been left from the bee (if any). Local irritation and pain can be treated with a cold compress and taking benadryl for the itching. It normally last 48 to 72 hours then slowly resolves after that. The local effects may sometimes takes several days to weeks to completely go away. Remember to take some ibuprofen also for the pain and it can also cut down on inflammation. Well there are two methods to stop the stinging my grandmother used Meat tenderizer or you can use chewing tobacco and believe it or not I know they ar weird but it really works hope it helps.
Right after the sting, if you are outdoors get some mud and put it on to cool the sting and help draw the stinger out. If close to home make a paste of baking soda and water to put it on thickly to cool the sting and draw the stinger out.
Assuming the person who was stung is not allergic to bee stings, , remove the stinger by gently scraping acros the stinger with a clean bandage or fingernail. Do not use tweezers or pinch the stinger in any way, as that may force more venom into the skin. (the stinger is attached to a venom sac) When the stinger has been removed, wash the skin, apply ice to reduce any swelling. And if the sting itches, resist any temptation to scratch.
